My cell phone can text message. Course it has to use my fingers and my brain to compose the messages but it can do it.
William and Ben asked if I would play a game with them yesterday afternoon. They had their toy cell phones and asked me to get mine. So I did. (Kept it off though) and we played "Text Messaging and Cell Phone talking." William's phone number consists of at least 30 digits, so I put him on pretend speed dial.
Mom came in and thought we were nuts, but I think it was good practice for them. I made them say courteous pleasant things when they texted me or called me.
On their toy shelf sat Power Ranger, Batman and Spiderman Action figures...and yet, we played "technology games." Times really have changed...
